TWIN High-pressure pump
The TWIN high-pressure pump is used for tensioning lamination bundles in a generator. For this application, the 32 bolt-tensioning cylinders on the outer ring and the 14 cylinders on the inner ring had to be operated at differing but constant hydraulic pressures. The integrated digitally controlled APC (Automatic Pressure Control) system ensures a constant pressure during the entire tensioning operation.
C suspension frame for overhead work
The C suspension frame for overhead installation work is based on a doubly adjustable metal-tubing frame. This makes it possible to reach inaccessible overhead locations, e.g. in turbine construction. The integrated spring hanger ensures that the bolt thread is not stressed when the cylinder is screwed into position. The suspension frame is designed for bolt-tensioning cylinders with a maximum mass of 250 kg.
