ITH Engineering Inc. Celebrates 25 Years of Excellence!

Since its inception in 1999, our American subsidiary, ITH Engineering, has been a driving force in providing cutting-edge industrial solutions. From its modest origins, where selling sealing kits was a significant achievement, to becoming a leader in the industry, the journey of ITH Engineering is marked by dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

The story of ITH Engineering began with Matt Rasper's efforts to market industrial gear units in 1992. Formed from the representation of MOR Engineering, ITH Engineering emerged as a joint venture between the U.S. and German sides in 1999, with Matt Rasper appointed as its managing director. The early years saw significant growth, with clients like ABB Power, Peiner Tower cranes, and Caterpillar (CAT) laying the groundwork for success.

In 2006/2007, recognizing the need for expansion, ITH Engineering built its own facility in McHenry, which was expanded and renovated later to accommodate the growing demand for our services. Today, with over 25 dedicated employees and three additional branches in Alpharetta (Georgia), Dickinson (Texas), and Jerez (Mexico), we continue to provide unparalleled service and support to our clients across various industries.

A testament to our commitment to excellence is the longevity of our team, with many of the original employees still on board.
